Chicken frank is a fully cooked sausage made with prime cuts of chicken meat. In general, Chicken franks are made with prime cuts of chicken meat, pretty much in the same manner as Beef Franks are made.
Chicken frank has no trans-fat and high protein content. It is also rich in vitamins and minerals, including phosphorus, selenium and Vitamin B6. Chicken consumption has been found to be useful in controlling blood pressure, too.
